CAD (Computer Aided Design) is a form of graphic design.  It is when a high quality image is created or manipulated using specialist software.  The effect of the CAD can be of a professional standard and is really useful for businesses and those requiring good images for professional or personal use.

You will need a device (PC, laptop, tablet or phone) and a graphics package.  There are free and paid packages available, which you choose depends on your knowledge of graphics and your budget.
